Description

Kelly Services is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a growing company in Cleveland. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Haas machines.
• Perform die work using a manual press to create molds.
• Stamping and silk screening to paint numbers on parts/products and dies.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with other shop personnel.
• Train and certify to operate a tow motor (tow motor experience is a plus but not required).

Skills Required:

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn machining work.
• Basic exposure to computers; computer skills are helpful.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other shop personnel.

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 40 pounds.

Hours:

• 6am-3:30pm

Compensation:

• Pay range: $23 - $28 per hour, based on experience

Additional Information:

• Training on machines will be provided.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently.
