Pay Range: $23-25/hour
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Temp-to-Perm), ~3 month assignment before potential conversion

Position Overview:
The Clinical Trials Receptionist is responsible for front desk operations and administrative support related to screening and outpatient appointments. This role involves interacting with participants and staff, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and participants.
- Prepare and guide volunteers through screening paperwork.
- Manage distribution of study compensation checks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
- Handle shipping and receiving of packages via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Coordinate participant check-ins for appointments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Process and file clinical trial documents (e.g., CDA/CTA, W-9s).
- Maintain office supplies, technology, and administrative resources.
- Ensure all visitors are logged and comply with security protocols.
- Adhere to ICH/GCP guidelines and company SOPs.
Screening & Outpatient Admissions:
- Verify participant paperwork, identification, and labeling.
- Ensure participants have necessary study documentation upon arrival.
- Update outpatient calendars and follow up with no-shows.
Requirements:
- Previous medical reception or industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
