Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Clean Room Assembly and Packing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products in a controlled clean room environment, ensuring compliance with strict quality standards and safety protocols. This position is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products in accordance with detailed instructions and specifications, maintaining a sterile environment.
- Perform visual inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify defects or contamination.
- Package finished products according to established procedures, including labeling and sealing to maintain sterility.
- Adhere to all cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning, hand hygiene, and environmental monitoring practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and packaging processes, including batch numbers and quality checks.
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of cleanroom equipment and tools as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and report any quality issues or non-conforming products to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a clean room environment or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise assembly tasks.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in a controlled clean room environment, which may require wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
