What's a typical day as a Claims Processor? You'll be:
- Efficiently and accurately processing standard claims or adjustments, ensuring high-quality output.
- Consistently achieving key internals related to production, cycle time, and quality metrics.
- Participating in non-complex special claims project initiatives, collaborating with various departments to enhance service delivery.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 0-1 years of claims processing or data entry experience, with a strong understanding of PCs and spreadsheet applications.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
