Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18 per hour

What's a typical day as a Claims Processor? You'll be:
• Executing preliminary steps to build a new client structure for implementation requests routed through a shared Salesforce queue, adhering to standard client setup guidelines.
• Tracking all completed tasks accurately and timely using the proprietary Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
• Validating benefit setup in the core Facets system and communicating discrepancies to implementation owners.
• Setting up new client online portal access, including sending appropriate communication email templates and tracking status.
• Monitoring a shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents from clients, brokers, or Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
• Reviewing incoming membership documents in Microsoft Excel and Word for accuracy and validity of data and communicating necessary updates for successful enrollment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adopt new processes quickly and with ease.
• Are accustomed to working in a high-paced, high-volume environment and can work autonomously.
• Possess medium-advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Outlook.
• Are familiar with cloud-based applications (i.e., OneDrive) and have data entry experience.
• Will be able to pass a Data Entry assessment (9000 keystrokes per minute)
