City Specialist
Location: Canada – Remote British Columbia
Contract Duration: 7 - 8 months to start with potential extension
Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr CAD
About the Role –
Our client is looking to grow their local presence in some of Canada's largest cities! The City Specialist will become an expert in investigating and addressing the most pressing needs and concerns of our client's local partner merchants. This role will be split roughly between half office/work from home and half in the field working directly with partner merchants.
Projects you'll work on will include but not be limited to:
- Merchant outreach (both over the phone and in person)
- Menu and photo optimization (ex. Fixing menus and adding photographs)
- In person customer promotion

Requirements:
- You have strong communication skills
- You have some Microsoft office/ G-suite proficiency (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets) and basic technological fluency; phone, tablet, computer and are comfortable with basic troubleshooting
- You are comfortable traveling within the city
- You'll have the opportunity to explore different parts of the city and learn where all the best restaurants are! (Vehicle/bike required)
- You are comfortable working weekends occasionally for special events
