Kelly® Professional is Hiring Call Center Agents in Chattanooga, TN 37402. Join our dynamic call center team as a Call Center Trainee! This temp-to-hire position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will be trained in phases over approximately 6-8 months, transitioning to second shift position. With a supportive training program and a focus on career growth, you'll be well-prepared to excel in your role. The official start date is Monday February 17, 2025. You will train on day shift anywhere from 6-7 months and then switch to second shift which could be either 2pm - 11pm or 3pm - 12am


Payrate:

  • $20.02
 

Monday - Friday Training schedule

  • 8am - 5pm

 

Hybrid Work Schedule:

  • 2pm - 11pm
  • 3pm - 12am
  • Must be available for either schedule
  • Requirement to work 4 weekdays, 1 weekend day, and 1 work day in office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- - Participate in a structured training program that spans several months, transitioning to second shift/weekends

- Transition to second shift/weekend shifts as training progresses.

- Take phone calls from customers after completing training.

- Work collaboratively with a team of 60 phone agents.

- Maintain productivity to influence shift selection post-training.

- Adhere to the Work at Home Call Center Policy, including living within 45 minutes of the office and having a dedicated workspace for calls.

- Participate in on-call duties during emergencies or significant events.

- Volunteer for holiday shifts as needed, with overtime opportunities available.

Fulfill on-call responsibilities during major events, such as storms or outages

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and second shifts.

- Willingness to commit to a structured training schedule.

- Capability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

- Must meet the Work at Home Call Center Policy requirements.
