Sales Representative - Out Building Solutions

Full-time, Store hours 8AM - 5 PM - Monday-Friday

Description:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of building concepts, possess solid computer skills, and demonstrate strong customer service abilities. This role involves face-to-face sales interactions, walking potential clients around our extensive property to showcase various out building options, as well as phone-based follow-ups with leads and past clients.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to determine their needs and preferences regarding out building solutions.
- Assess customer's budget and space availability to recommend suitable options.
- Demonstrate and explain product features to customers in-store and on the property.
- Follow up with past leads and clients via phone.
- Maintain organized records of sales interactions and customer needs.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets with a combination of hourly pay and commissions.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience, entrepreneur philosophy .
- Basic understanding of building concepts; ability to assemble structures and knowledge of construction.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software.
- Well-organized with excellent follow-through skills.
Compensation:
$20 - $21 per hour based on experience, plus commissions.
