  • Direct hire opportunity
  • Base salary + Commission. Base salary is $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience. 
  • Onsite role, may be opportunity for hybrid/remote work

Summary
The Business Development Representative plays a key role in the sales organization by initiating and leading consultative sales engagements with key accounts and prospects. They are responsible for leveraging all products and services to deliver comprehensive solutions to large, complex customers. BDRs look for opportunities with current accounts to grow/expand the service offering to drive revenue.
  • Actively prospect new customers and generate demand for all products/services
  • Establish & maintain C-level customer relationships
  • Contribute to annual S&OP and budget
  • Design customer solutions & align cross-divisional deal teams
  • Design implementation plan for new accounts
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with customers
  • Maintain lead generation through prospecting
  • Build an active sales pipeline
  • Maintain industry presence through networking and attending events

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated progressive sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated success selling at C-suite level
