Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Florence, KY!
You will be responsible for providing onboarding & screening support within the business unit. The position is responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of tasks, including those related to the registration of talent, screenings of all types, file maintenance and administration. Will be responsible of ensuring the integrity of the data, compliance as well as the protection of personal private information.
Essential Functions
- Administer all employee registration/onboarding forms including entering data in front office systems, managing e-registration, I9 and any other misc. final hiring paperwork; ordering/following up on/documenting screening results (background/drug screens/any screenings specific to a product), processing
- Maintaining electronic employee records. Ensure adherence to state/local laws with each of these duties.
- Develop a strong understanding and become a subject matter expert regarding State Specific laws.
- Follow Kelly Hiring and Screening standard operation procedures.
- Coordinate health/medical screenings including TB tests, hearing tests, respirator fit tests, etc.
- Effectively engage with talent to coordinate efficient onboarding, from initiation through to completion. The communications will be by telephone, email and text.
- Provide high quality, accurate and timely customer service/support to drive internal and external satisfaction.
- Create an organized and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate and through documentation on required tracker and in ATS systems.
- Take initiative to identify and respond to opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively communicate any delays or gaps in the onboarding and screening process to recruiting, on sites and onboarding/screening team, managers as needed.
- Provide training and coordination of day to day workload amongst team members, as needed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service, Recruiting, Staffing and/or Onboarding
- 6+ months of experience in a customer service, staffing and/or recruiting support role
- Bilingual Recruiter (Fluency in communicating French, and or Spanish, English)
