• Direct hire, permanent role
• Salary: $65,000 + 10% bonus
• Hybrid role, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Posts open positions via the company website and external job boards
• Sources for a variety of roles using different resources including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal applicant tracking system, and referrals
• Develop pipeline of candidates for future consideration
• Review candidate resumes, prescreen candidates, and present qualified candidate resumes to hiring manager for review
• Work closely with hiring managers on candidate review process
• Schedules and conducts interviews with candidates and hiring team
• Collaborates with human resources to determine offer details
• Prepare offer information, extend offers of employment, and assists with onboarding process
• Collaborates with hiring managers to confirm candidate start details

 

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Must be able to work in high volume environment
• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
