Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual Quality Training Specialist in Elgin, IL. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Hours are 9am – 6pm.

Summary
Under the leadership of the Quality Manager, the Quality Trainer / Compliance Specialist carries out responsibilities in the following quality functional areas of training and compliance within our Elgin, IL facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare training presentation and materials based on the current processes.
  • Instruct the employees in the onboarding process
  • Maintain training system and appropriate training documentation.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and review employee performance to validate the effectiveness of the training.
  • Write/update procedures, processes, work instructions, forms, templates, etc.
  • Perform periodic process audits and internal compliance audits to maintain document in compliance with ISO standard.
  • Conduct material receiving inspections
  • Assists in the periodic inspection of manufacturing areas, to assure that they are operated according to TL9000 standard.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective actions investigations

Background/Experience
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2-5 years related job experience
  • Experience with ISO9001:2015; RIOS and R2 standards is preferable.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Organized work habits and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
