Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly expanding manufacturer, is looking for two Maintenance Technicians in Hazelton, PA! One of these Technician will be a Senior Tech/Lead with one direct report.
These roles are direct hire positions meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

- 2nd shift hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Lead Pay: $35 - $45 per hour, based on experience.
- Maintenance Tech pay: $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), conveyor / sortation equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment such as trash compactors, balers, emergency lights, and stretch wrappers
- Researches and suggests improvements in facilities operational efficiencies to support the reduction of natural resource consumption.
- Enter and track work orders in eMaint
- Estimates labor/materials costs for repairs.
- Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers.
- Responsible for reviewing, enhancing and suggesting improvements in the organization's operational efficiency in regard to environmental conscientiousness.
- Responsible for developing facilities plans.
- Ensures adherence to company facility standards.
- May develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unusual operating requirements and building and safety codes.
- May work with specialized outside contractors.
- Reviews and estimates design costs, labor, materials and other related costs in facility planning.
Requirements:
- High school education or GED is required
- 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- 1+ years of experience as a Lead
- 70e certified is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working with Exacta a plus is ideal but not required.
