Pay Rate: $23/hr.

What's a typical day as an Associate Recruiter? You'll be:
- Recruit hourly, non-exempt candidates for multiple roles and functions across a region or designated facility.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to establish recruitment profiles and align on hiring needs.
- Qualify candidates using behavioral interview techniques, skills assessments, and background checks.
- Provide an aggressive hiring plan; deliver candidate recommendations confidently to hiring managers.
- Coordinate on-site interviews and conduct reference checks; communicate findings with hiring managers.
- Finalize job offers and coordinate the on-boarding process for successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system; ensure EEO compliance tracking.
- Assist with special recruiting projects as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume recruiting, demonstrating quality hires and measurable success.
- Experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) or Wholesale Distribution is preferred, though not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; able to effectively present information and build rapport.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a sense of urgency.
- Strong prioritization skills to handle multiple high-priority requests.
- Able to represent our company as an employer of choice and convey our brand, culture, and opportunities with enthusiasm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with WorkDay ATS is a plus.
