Kelly is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our client's team at a premier data center facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing daily operations, including hardware deployment, workforce coordination, inventory management, and vendor management. You will assist in inspecting, documenting, and coordinating the repair of data center systems, such as networks, piping, and electrical or mechanical components.
This position requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and technical knowledge to support efficient and cost-effective operations. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will report to the Site Manager and contribute to the overall success of the facility.
Salary: Up to $70,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of managerial experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly, and 50 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience collaborating with vendors, contractors, and internal business units
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and networking systems in a data center environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and training junior team members
• General knowledge of facility and electrical safety
• Basic networking principles or computer-related skillsets
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Site Manager in executing company strategies with internal and external partners
• Oversee hardware configuration and deployment, including servers, ASICs, and networking equipment
• Monitor production performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maximize output
• Foster a positive and adaptable work culture within the team
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of site operations
• Take initiative and demonstrate a high degree of willingness to perform tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across all levels
