Kelly In-House Temporary: Toyota Testing Proctor
Location: Troy, Missouri
Worksite: Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Missouri
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays will the possibility to move full-time 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mon-Fri if you're the right fit.
Job Type: Part-time temp to full-time permanent
Job responsibilities:

Prepare testing stations for the day
-
Greet candidates at the door
-
Check candidates in using internal system (Selectrak)
-
Review applications to ensure they are 100% complete
-
Give introduction speech to candidates
-
Give plant tours
-
Give instructions before starting the assessment and ensure candidates know how to use the tools correctly
-
Proctor assessment and grade candidates along the way
-
Manage interview and conference room schedule
-
Conduct interviews
-
Conditionally offer positions
-
Schedule candidate drug screens/coordinate drug screen schedule with nurses
-
Review the Track Program/Job Description with candidates
-
Close machines and ensure they are charged and ready for the next assessment day
-
Print and organize candidate files/packets
-
Manage internal system (Selectrak) for screening, pass/fail interviews, notes, etc.

Reject candidates if they do not have their applications or they aren't filled out correctly

Scan and send paperwork
-
Maintain cleanliness around assessment site
This may be a good fit if you:

Have great face-to-face and email communication skills

Are computer literate (able to work with SharePoint, Microsoft Suite, and Outlook)

Have experience printing and scanning documents, making notations, and scheduling
