Light Assembly Worker Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Light Assembly Worker, where you will contribute to the creation of high-quality cardboard displays. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on a hands-on role in a bustling assembly environment. Your efforts will directly support our reputation for excellence and innovation.
Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
  • Pay Rate: $16.44 per hour
  • Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm, Monday to Friday)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assemble cardboard displays efficiently and accurately according to specifications and instructions.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of each completed display.
  • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment needed for assembly.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
