Job Title: Assembly Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Pay Rate: $18 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking an Assembly Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers a pay rate of $18 per hour and involves assembling fabricated parts while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The work schedule is from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:
- Assemble fabricated parts under general supervision, following established procedures.
- Ensure quality standards are met while adhering to safety and productivity guidelines.
- Follow the Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct.
- Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materials.
- Perform basic electrical wiring according to applicable diagrams.
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with engineering and customer specifications.
- Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools.
- Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products using lifting equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints for material and component positioning.
- Complete and maintain required electronic paperwork, such as checklists, stamping, blueprints, and shipping documentation.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping and adhere to 5S organizational standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and lifting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality compliance.
- Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
