Shifts: 2nd 2:00pm- 10pm or 3rd 10:00pm-6:00am
Salary: $17.00-17.50
Job Description:
Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, assembling components, and ensuring high-quality products that meet our industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assembly line equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Document production data and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Must be able to complete an I-9 form, background check, and drug screening.
