Location: Bloomingdale, GA 31302
Type: Temp to Hire - 90 Days
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr and $18.00/hr when hired after 90 days
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm

About the Role
We're looking for dedicated individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work. Prior forklift experience is desired, but not preferred. As a Production Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Part Preparation: Gathering components and materials based on work orders or blueprints.
  • Assembly Process: Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble products accurately.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and identifying any defects.
  • Following Instructions: Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Maintaining Work Area: Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and notifying supervisors when supplies are low.
  • Basic Troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing minor assembly issues.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
What You'll Need
  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle small parts with precision.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in following instructions and identifying errors.
  • Basic Mechanical Skills: Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
  • Reading Comprehension: Ability to read and understand technical documents.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Teamwork Skills: Effective collaboration with other assembly line workers.
