This is a temp-to-hire position, offering the chance for permanent employment based on strong performance and attendance.

Shift Details:
1st Shift: 5 AM - 4:30 PM (8-10 hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $14.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts using hand tools and small drills to create high-quality products.
• Perform simple assembly operations for large or medium-sized components, utilizing both manual and machine-assisted methods.
• Conduct thorough parts testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products efficiently and accurately.
• Engage in repetitive tasks to meet and exceed company quotas while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly or material handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
