Training: Often involved in training customers and end-users on using the products effectively.

Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and development.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process, including pre-sales presentations and demonstrations.
Qualifications:Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.

Understanding of CNC machine programming.
