Pay Rate: $16.96 per hour
Length: 1 month with possibility for it to be extended

- Performing secretarial and technical duties to assist the Administrator(s).
- Preparing, proofreading, and distributing correspondence, forms, memos, notes, labels, and information packets.
- Sorting and filing materials using various methods, answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Have an earned Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems, or any Associate Degree with successful completion of 16 college credits in relevant areas.
- Possess two years of secretarial experience and demonstrated customer service experience.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to type 60 wpm.
- Have the ability to take minutes effectively.
