Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Employee to assist with various administrative tasks. This strictly administrative position is likely temporary, and the ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with SharePoint is preferred, as the role will involve learning to sort through folders and manage data effectively.Position: Administrative Employee
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time ( about 35 hours a week)
Payrate: $24/HR
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize files and folders on SharePoint.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with SharePoint is preferred.
- Must be tech-savvy and a self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 days a week, 7 hours a day (subject to change).
