We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator (Apprenticeship Program) to support educational & certification programs. This role involves developing, coordinating, and evaluating educational programs while ensuring compliance with on-the-job training and classroom requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with educators, trainers, and participants to foster an effective learning environment and enhance program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of educational programs including the WIOA Apprenticeship, University Alliances, and other initiatives.
- Track the on-the-job training process and escalate program issues to management to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage documentation related to educational programs, including training timelines and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain program materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and training resources.
- Assist in the development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of curriculum and instruction.
- Communicate effectively with educators, mentors, training Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), participants, and management to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary enhancements.
- Oversee the program budget by tracking billing, payments, and other financial transactions to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with federal funding requirements and compliance related to educational programs is a plus. WIOA Registered Apprenticeship Program experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is required.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
