We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator! This is full-time role at our a great company offering an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong administrative background and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency. If you have experience in administration and a knack for fostering interdepartmental collaboration, please read further.
Please note: this is a 6 month temporary assignment, with a possibility of an extension.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve optimal oversight and implementation of safety and training-related documentation.
- Manage training documents, including overseeing the training process and document distribution.
- Input and track data information into corporate safety tracking systems accurately.
- Compile and distribute monthly reports and organize audit files.
- Administer the MOCD process, including tracking changes and training staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as EH&S, HR, and Production to maintain adherence to administrative responsibilities.
- Assist in scheduling preventative maintenance
- Monitor and update contractor safety portals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to team members, simplifying complex information as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certificate in Administration, Business, or Accounting is an asset.
- 2 years of experience in administrative or record-keeping roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
