Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Office Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations by managing a variety of tasks, from answering phone calls to creating job files and submitting proposals. If you have a knack for organization and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Winneconne, WI
- Pay Rate: $20-24/HR
- Shift: flexible

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and log incoming inquiries
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Create job files/folders and other essential working documents
- Develop and submit proposals using predefined templates
- Complete and submit permit applications
- Issue seasonal contracts and customer invoices
- Assist with booking travel arrangements
- File and organize company documents efficiently
- Monitor and order office and breakroom supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Proficient in common office applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or GED/equivalent required; Associate Degree or Certificate preferred but not mandatory
