What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant II? You'll be:
- Managing the calibration lab database, including adding equipment and scheduling database entries.
- Communicating with subcontractors and customers, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates on equipment.
- Creating purchase orders (POs) and securing payments for calibrations, while maintaining ISO compliance in all aspects of your role.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an A.A. degree in business, electrical, metrology, or a related field, or possess previous military experience.
- Are proficient in standard software utilities such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and have the ability to navigate databases effectively.
