Pay Rate: $22-$27/per hour

2 year contract-option to go hybrid for the right candidate after training

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and reviewing correspondence to draft appropriate responses.
- Handling telephone calls and welcoming visitors to the office, providing assistance as needed.
- Coordinating and arranging meetings and travel logistics when necessary.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
