Location: Romeoville, IL 100% onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Kelly Services is currently partnering with a premier manufacturer and distributor in Romeoville, is seeking a detail-oriented and challenge-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a company committed to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post customer invoices, including credit and debit notes
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices
• Investigate and address customer queries and concerns
• Post daily cash receipts and apply them to customer accounts
• Maintain customer records, including sales tax resale certificates
• Assist with audits as required
• This position is primarily responsible for billing and cash applications, but will eventually cross train to back up in the Credit, Collections and Accounts Payable areas

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years billing and accounts receivable from a manufacturer or distributor
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP system
• Proficiency with Power BI a plus
• Experience preparing sales tax certificates a plus
• Experience with G/L account reconciliation a plus
