Job Summary:
l We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Specialists to join our team.
l The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in bookkeeping, finance, and invoicing.
l These roles will focus on supporting the clearance of supplier invoices and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
l Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for payment
l Ensure all invoices are accurately approved and coded
l Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
l Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoicing issues
l Maintain accurate records and documentation related to invoicing processes
l Assist in period-end closing processes as needed
Qualifications:
l Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance, or a related field
l Strong familiarity with invoicing and accounts payable processes
l Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
l Proficiency with financial software and tools
l Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
l Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
l Experience: 2-4 years performing similar tasks
l SAP Experience is a plus but not required.
l Education: Associate degree or HSD with 2-4 years of experience
