Accounts Payable Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Schaumburg, IL Corporate Office (Onsite Training, Hybrid After Training)
Pay Range: $26 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible start times between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM (8-hour workdays)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-driven Accounts Payable Associate to join our corporate office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with hybrid flexibility after training (initially one remote day, increasing to two).
Responsibilities:

  • Process 300-500 invoices weekly using SAP
  • Execute payment runs through SAP
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Review, edit, and process invoices with accuracy
  • Handle employee expenses and accounts payable payments
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any posting errors
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Maintain detailed notes and screenshots in addition to provided instructions
Qualifications:
Required:
  • 2 + years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
  • SAP experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred:
  • Experience with high-volume invoice processing
  • Prior experience in an ERP-driven environment
