Accounts Payable Specialist – Join a Fast-Paced Team!
Location: Hatfield, PA (On-Site)
Temporary to Hire
Salary $25-$27.50 per hour

Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be a key player in keeping financial operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and love problem-solving, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:

  • Process & enter invoices accurately and efficiently (goal: 100 per day).
  • Solve discrepancies by working with vendors, purchasing, and plant managers.
  • Ensure invoices are entered on time to maximize discounts and meet payment schedules.
  • Run reports and review outstanding invoices for payment processing.
  • Support month-end closing to keep everything on track and efficient.
  • Be the friendly face at the front desk—greet guests and handle deliveries.
  • Tackle clerical tasks like mail distribution and data entry.
  • Jump into special projects—we love a proactive team player!
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with purchase orders & vendor management.
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Speed & accuracy: Comfortable processing 100 invoices per day.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); Epicor ERP experience is a plus.
  • Problem-solver: Strong communication skills and a knack for resolving discrepancies.
  • Team player: Ready to collaborate and cross-train with your accounting teammates.
