Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor for a 2-month contract opportunity in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle AP processing, handling a high volume of invoices, and working with SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Process 500+ invoices per week accurately and efficiently using SAP
• Perform full-cycle AP, including 3-way matching (PO, invoice, and receipt)
• Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process using SAP and other procurement software such as Coupa, Ariba, or Esker
• Handle vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and P2P best practices
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely payments
• Maintain accurate AP records, including invoice approvals, payment processing, and reporting

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience (matching, batching, and coding)
• High-volume invoice processing experience (500+ per week)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience required – familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, Esker, or similar software REQUIRED
• Proficiency in SAP is REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Pay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM
