Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18-$20 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Analyst? You'll be:
• Processing invoices for payment and printing and mailing accounts payable checks.
• Performing data entry and managing spreadsheets.
• Maintaining accounts payable files and records.
• Responding to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests.
• Assisting with discrepancy reconciliation.
• Preparing and presenting accounts payable reports.
• Assisting with preparation of 1099s.
• Assisting with monthly closings, journal entries, and bank statement reconciliation.
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls in all payable processes.
• Assisting with related special projects as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), with one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Are proficient in Spreadsheet Software (Excel), Word Processing Software (Word), and Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).
• Have 10-key by touch skills.
• Have a demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Have acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Are committed to excellence and high standards.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
