Our Summer Internship Program offers students valuable exposure to Kelly and the staffing industry, providing practical, hands-on corporate experiences that enhance both academic and professional growth.

2025 Program Information:

• Paid Internships Available:
  1. Finance – Corporate Development and Strategy (incl M&A)
  2. Human Resources – Talent Management, Strategic Human Resources, and Total Rewards
  3. Office of the Presidents – Automation Technology
  4. Workforce Strategy – Revenue Generation / Sourcing Strategies
• Dates: June 2 - August 15
• Location: Troy, Michigan
• Hybrid: Onsite (in office) at least 2 days per week

Overview of Function Internships:

 Office of the Presidents – Automation Technology

Support the Office of the President account teams with research, process analysis, automation tools, solution development, and project management agent development, including:

• Refine automation used to manage key processes and workflows by updating the existing technology stack to meet future requirements
• Research and develop a project management agent prototype

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (or equivalent) with a business-focused degree (e.g., economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, human resources, etc.)
• Highly motivated and adaptable, with a curiosity to learn real-world business and financial concepts
• Self-driven, resourceful, independent, and willing to take initiative 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative style to working 1:1 or as a team
• Basic project management and research capability 
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and high technical learning agility
• Can maintain confidentiality and discretion 
• Must be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in Michigan – sponsorship and relocation are not offered with these positions
