Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Hungary!


The Recruitment Business Partner will assist in driving the recruitment process, from initial attraction strategies to the final offer stage. The position demands a diligent individual with the capability to lead all aspects of talent acquisition and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.


The Recruitment Business Partner is accountable for:

 

Pre Go-live Initiatives:

  • Conduct market research to identify key trends and potential talent pools.
  • Build and implement strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Participate in detailed intake calls with hiring managers to ascertain recruiting needs.
  • Collaborate to establish agreed recruitment processes and timelines.

Attraction and Sourcing:

  • Build and manage job postings across various platforms to improve transparency.
  • Apply advanced (AI-driven) tools to improve sourcing strategies.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Assess and report on the progress of open vacancies, applying additional channels as vital.
  • Conduct daily outreach to potential candidates via email, maintaining high engagement.
  • Review applications, perform initial screening calls, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Compile and present shortlists to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate assessments and present findings alongside candidate recommendations.
  • Schedule and handle final interview logistics, ensuring alignment between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in online interviews and provide vital support.

Decision and Offer Stages:

  • Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers and assist in candidate selection.
  • Deliver verbal offers and handle candidate expectations until onboarding.
  • Communicate declinations to unsuccessful candidates expertly.
  • Maintain relations with future potential candidates by adding them to the CRM's talent community.

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a recruitment role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and social skills.
  • Experience with recruitment software and AI sourcing tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple projects simultaneously.


Seeking at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
