Our Sourcer is responsible for executing all aspects of the recruiting strategy, which involves:
 

• Partnering closely with client leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs building strong candidate pipelines 
• Acting as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for leadership
• Taking a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners
• Contributing to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
• Sourcing and identify passive candidates to build teams through use of Boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques
• Identifying new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:
 

• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience
• English written and spoken professional proficiency
• A desire to represent yourself, KellyOCG, and the client with integrity and courtesy
• An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
