Our Enterprise Complexity Reduction Professional is accountable for:

  • Evaluating existing processes, systems, and structures to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks
  • Developing and implement strategies to simplify workflows and decision-making processes without compromising quality or compliance
  • Mapping and analyzing end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for streamlining.
  • Proposing and executing process automation and technology-driven solutions to reduce manual effort
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, finance, and HR) to eliminate silos and foster integrated solutions
  •  Gathering and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of complexity reduction efforts

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years in business process optimization, enterprise transformation, or complexity reduction
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale simplification or efficiency projects
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, workflow automation tools, and data visualization software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  •  Knowledge of Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies.
