Our Content and Social Media Manager is accountable for:
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive top-of-funnel leads via social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, the website, and newsletters; utilizing HubSpot for automation and tracking
- Creatively generating long and short form content, adapting them to be platform specific, ensuring maximum reach and engagement
- Owning the social media strategy, planning and executing campaigns that align with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives; while serving as the in-house expert on social strategy, providing guidance and best practices across the organization
- Overseeing the daily management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies
- Tracking brand mentions, industry trends, and competitors, as well as monitoring social media for potential issues, ensuring appropriate and timely responses to protect and enhance the brand's reputation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including social and content managers, designers, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive and effective content distribution
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends in social media, content marketing, and lead generation, integrating new ideas into the strategy
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital marketing principles
- Expertise in HubSpot for content management, email marketing, and marketing automation
- Proficiency in social management tools and analytics platforms, such as Meltwater
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Seeking 2+ years of work experience in content marketing and social media management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. (Candidates should be capable of showcasing completed project work and effectively explaining the process and steps involved in its completion.)
