How you'll contribute to our team:

Compliance & Reporting:

• Oversee healthcare professional credentialing requirements ensuring timely onboarding of qualified staff and monitor ongoing requirements to maintain compliance throughout employment.
• Lead implementation of joint commission credentialing and other licensing requirements.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure the quality of staffing operations and compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing, labor, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records and reports.
• Track and analyze staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on staffing trends and initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Develop relationships and identify new opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Attract, hire, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals through strategic recruitment and a smooth onboarding process.
• Performance Management & Development: Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor healthcare staff to elevate their skills and careers.
• Data Analyst: Track staffing metrics, identify improvement areas, and present insights to leadership.
• Operations: Participate in budget development, new business initiatives, and committees, and perform other duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Master's degree in nursing/healthcare preferred.
• Previous clinical hands-on nursing experience required.
• Previous federal healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge and understanding of healthcare and joint commission regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and onboard qualified healthcare staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and creating a positive work environment.
