Federal Healthcare Staffing Compliance Manager (Remote)

How you'll contribute to our team:
Compliance & Reporting:
- Oversee healthcare professional credentialing requirements ensuring timely onboarding of qualified staff and monitor ongoing requirements to maintain compliance throughout employment.
- Lead implementation of joint commission credentialing and other licensing requirements.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure the quality of staffing operations and compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing, labor, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records and reports.
- Track and analyze staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on staffing trends and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop relationships and identify new opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Attract, hire, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals through strategic recruitment and a smooth onboarding process.
- Performance Management & Development: Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor healthcare staff to elevate their skills and careers.
- Data Analyst: Track staffing metrics, identify improvement areas, and present insights to leadership.
- Operations: Participate in budget development, new business initiatives, and committees, and perform other duties as assigned.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Master's degree in nursing/healthcare preferred.
- Previous clinical hands-on nursing experience required.
- Previous federal healthcare experience highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge and understanding of healthcare and joint commission regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling.
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, and onboard qualified healthcare staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and creating a positive work environment.
