Our Vice President of Outpatient Pediatric Services is accountable for:

  • Mentoring and developing a high-level performing team of clinical leaders and staff
  • Developing and implementing the strategic vision and operational goals for outpatient clinical services that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives
  • Overseeing day to day operations of all outpatient services, ensuring high-quality care delivery and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Developing and managing budgets for outpatient clinical services, ensuring financial performance and sustainability
  • Leading efforts to develop new outpatient centers and programs to meet community needs

 

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Physical/Occupational/Speech therapy or related field 
  • 5 years' experience of leadership in pediatric outpatient services or clinical operations and 10 years' of practicing pediatric occupational, speech, or physical therapy 
  • Strong knowledge of outpatient clinical best practice, regulatory requirements and quality improvement initiatives 
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in clinical financial management, strategic planning and operational excellence 
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Ability to travel 30-40% 
  • Required to live in one of the following states MN, PA, NJ, DE, MD, or FL
