Our Front Office Product Manager (Sr. Director) is accountable for:

• Leading the end-to-end product management lifecycle for technical products.
• Ensuring products are built with a high standard of quality and engineering excellence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, project management, and financial management.
• Driving decisions based on data, customer experience (CX), and technical feasibility.
• Assessing and leveraging emerging technologies in product development.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of experience managing technical products as a Product Manager.
• Experience in software companies where software (SaaS) is the product.
• Cloud experience in multiple platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Data Science experience, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI).
• Project and Change Management expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

This is a virtual role that can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs. Candidates must be able to travel up to 10%.
