Our Sr. Director - End User/Client Services is accountable for the following:
- Take a visionary approach to the long-term future of the organization's infrastructure and end-user experience.
- Influence strategic, design, and process decisions to promote greater simplicity, coherence, and enhanced end-user experience.
- Lead and propose large-scale IT projects that often require collaboration across various teams. Divide responsibilities to allow teams to operate independently while ensuring efficient integration.
- Enhancing the end-user experience and setting high standards for performance, optimization, and cost-effectiveness will have a significant impact on business and customers.
- Produce documentation, policies, and technical artifacts to establish high standards for the organization's operations and guide other teams accordingly.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 10+ years of leadership experience within IT Operations, including at least 5 years as a Director.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
- Relevant technical and process certifications (e.g., ITIL, HDI).
- Exceptional leadership skills include supervising, leading, coaching, and motivating teams to achieve desired results.
- Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and management.
- Experience supporting multi-OS platforms (Windows, Mac, Mobile), physical devices, and VDIs.
- Thorough understanding of Active Directory management, Group Policy, Deployment Tools, Telecom systems, and Windows Server technology.
This virtual role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs and be able to travel up to 10%.
