The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., (TPMG) is one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 9,500 physicians, 22 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California and a 75-year tradition of providing quality medical care.

Our group is seeking a BC/BE hematologist/oncologist with a strong background in malignant hematology. The candidate should also have training and interest in benign hematology and immunotherapy including CAR-T cells. We are home to a regional Center of Excellence for Leukemia and Lymphoma, with a robust clinical trial portfolio, including enrollment of patients on national clinical trials (SWOG, ECOG, NRG, NCI). There are opportunities for clinical research including funding, and teaching of residents and fellows in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our practice employs a hybrid schedule allowing for virtual care, with support from a team of nurse practitioner, nurse case managers, inpatient coordinator, and medical assistants. The position will be a combination of inpatient attending on the Leukemia/Lymphoma service every 5-6 weeks and outpatient clinics caring for patients with disorders of malignant and benign hematology.
