• Cook is a mandatory float facility.

Job Requirements
• Required Skills: BLS, ACLS, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Arterial Line Management, Central Lines, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive Drips, BiPAP/CPAP, Ventilated Patients & Management, Interpretation of ABG's, Suctioning, Isolation Precautions
• Locals ok (75 miles is local rate)
• License in hand
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• First time traveler = ok

Schedule Information
• Shift: 3x12s, every other weekend (36 guaranteed hours)
• No flexibility, no block scheduling
• 5 days RTO Max (request for time off cannot be consecutive)
