Certification Details
• Driver's License/State ID
• Various certifications required based on unit specifics such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, and others
• Certifications must be from AHA only
• National Certification/Verification as applicable by Profession and State

Job Details
• Full time 3 shifts per week, with every other weekend.
• No Block scheduling accommodated.
• Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in ICU.
• COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
• RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive.
• No RTO the day prior or after a holiday.
• No RTO on weekends.

Schedule Information
• 3 shifts per week

Additional Details
• Government-Issued photo ID required
• Refer to UD/cost center to confirm certifications required per unit

• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Color Blind Testing, Competency Exam required based on specific start dates
• Some documents are facility specific and/or preferred for certain roles
