- Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience & Cardiac ICU, experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Additional Cardiac pumps – swan, balloon & CRRT
- Type of Patients on Unit: Medical & Cardiac ICU patients
- Personality Fit: Humble, energetic, compassionate, adaptable, team player, willing to be a resource to other nurses if needed
