• Certifications Required: BCLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, Tech Cert Verification - National, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, State License Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification
• Certifications related to Medical Oncology with progressive care beds
• Ohio State – Proof of Fingerprint Completion required for APNs (Advanced Practice Nurses)
• Ohio State - Background Acknowledgement form required for SUB candidates

Job Details
• Medical Oncology with progressive care beds/pediatric patients. High acuity of PCU and ICU/ candidate with PCU/ICU experience preferred - May float to Med/Surg
• Unit Info Patient Diagnoses
• Solid tumor
• Orthopedic oncology
• Thoracic oncology

Job Requirements
• 2 Years of Oncology Experience Preferred but not required
• Certs: BCLS
• Ratio: 1:4
• Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
• PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
• Skill Required:
• - Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• - Accessing Ports
• - Arterial line management
• - Blood Product Administration
• - Central line care/management
• - PICC line management
• - IV START
• - Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal
• - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• - Interpretation of ABGs

Schedule Information
• NO SET SCHEDULE, NO SET WEEKEND, NO BLOCK SCHEDULE, THE FACILITY DETERMINES THE COMPLETE SCHEDULE (COULD POSSIBLY END UP WORKING EVERY WEEKEND). MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

• Residency Declaration Form required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.

• For all new contracts signed Code and beyond: Dysrhythmia/EKG Exam required for ALL RNs WITHIN 1 YEAR OF START - must score a minimum of 80%.
