- IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
- IU Health University and Methodist are teaching facilities and require all travel nurses to agree to the possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow them while on assignment.

- Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12
- *** Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract. If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
- *** Charge coverage: Pending operational needs, unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed with provided training and resources.
- Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6
- Unit Information: Urology, Plastic Surgery, orthopedic oncology, hospitalist
- Job Requirements
- Certification Requirements: BCLS
- Skillset Requirements: Minimum 2 Year Experience, Strong Urology Skillset, and IV Start
- Floating Requirements: Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed at both University and Methodist Hospitals
- Schedule Information
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS, WEEKEND REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED ON UNIT NEEDS. TRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT.
